HOW WE WORK ?

To ensure that clients experience a seamless interaction, with the desired end-results, we have developed a collaborative business process to ensure we manage our client’s expectations every step of the way.

We follow a 7-step business process to ensure the most cost effective and highest yield outcome for all our clients, on every project, preferably every time.

Below is a graphical representation of our business process, followed by a brief explanation of each phase:

Phase 1: Client Contact and Introduction
The clients contacts the ITA Services Group team, and an introduction meeting is set-up, face-to-face or remotely, depending on the client’s wishes or geographic location.

Phase 2: Needs Assessment
The ITA Team aims to fully understand the client’s goals, needs, parameters, budget, expectations and completion date.

Phase 3: Scope and Definition
The ITA Team defines a bespoke solution or a range of solutions to address the client’s needs as per Phase 2.

Phase 4: Presentation of Proposal
The ITA Team presents the proposed project options to the client and answers or addresses any areas that may still be unclear or un-addressed.

Phase 5: Approval and Timelines
The client approves and authorises the elected project option and agrees to the proposed timelines for the project. The required documentation, including the project program and reporting procedures signed and work procedures, payment processes and approval agreed and finalised.

Phase 6: Implementation and Execution
The project program is rolled-out and implemented according to the agreed timelines. This may include quality control assessments, project or site meetings, written reports, or a combination of all three elements, depending on the client’s requirements.

Phase 7: Completion, Delivery and Sign-off
This is the final phase in the ITA Services Group business process and during this phase the completed project presented to the client for final approval and sign-off. Part of this phase is a quality review in conjunction with the client.
