ASSET SECURITY MANAGEMENT

We are humbled, but also immensely proud, of our longstanding record of asset security management and recovery.

To date we have successfully recovered well over 20 000 assets, and we recover, on average, nine out of ten of our assets under management.

We offer a comprehensive asset security management support structure with a full stack of critical client-centric services, including the following:

24 HOUR CONTROL CENTRE

Our Control Centre enables us to monitor multiple clients and their specific needs including after- hours client queries, scheduling installations, data capturing or any other predefined needs.

The Control Centre is PSIRA registered and operates under secure operating protocols including:

> Remote backup.

> Off-grid capabilities.

> Multiple redundancy option to ensure continuous connectivity.

> Strict and precise access control.

> CCTV based surveillance and monitoring systems.

> Secured voice logging for recordkeeping and quality assurance purposes.

> Outsourced armed response services.

RECOVERY NETWORK

Our extensive network of relationships and cross-border agencies cooperatives, gives us exclusive asses to the largest privately contracted recovery network in the industry and the country.

As an added benefit, and in support of the recovery network, ITA Service Group also has exclusive access to air support in all major cities.

ASSET TRACKING AND RECOVERY SERVICE

We offer a variety of tracking and recovery services of protected assets, via our recovery network. Agencies and tracking affiliates are fully versed in Global Positioning System (GPS), Global systems for Mobile Communication (GSM), Radio Frequency (RF) and Digital Beacon tracking methods, technology, and support systems.

ASSET SECURITY

We ensure asset security by providing asset security solutions by means of Global Positioning System (GPS), Global systems for Mobile Communication (GSM), Radio Frequency (RF), Biometric and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies.

These methodologies include Asset Tracking and Location, Access Control Systems, Time, and Attendance Registries to securely manage assets, facilities, equipment, and personnel.

PROTECTIVE ESCOURT SERVICES

Our escorts and safeguarding services provide a secure and safe environment to our clients during violent protests, strikes or social upheaval and unrest to ensure our clients are enabled to continue to do business.

An essential part of the service is regular route patrols that provide additional and continuous peace of mind and safety to clients, staff, facilities, and assets.

FUEL MANAGEMENT

Our partnership with a software development partner led to the design and development of our own ITA fuel management system. The system is fully incorporated into our Control Centre.

The functionality and purpose of the product and service is to provide our clients with invaluable data including the following:

> Accurate fuel data.

> A client tracking system.

> Fuel transaction data.

> Reporting and Feedback.

> A comprehensive and total solution.

SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS AND AUDITS

The sheer scale of the ITA Recovery network enables us to conduct real- time investigations during accidents as well as retrospectively once a crime has already been committed.

Our extensive CCTV surveillance services, together location data and other useful information, makes for critical and factual information and assists clients in analysing crimes and to prevent future incidents for reoccurring.

SPECIALISED CONSULTING SERVICES

With well over one hundred years of combined asset security management experience between the team, our clients rely on our specialised knowledge and expertise to advice and consult on operational matters and specialised projects.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

In support of creating much needed infrastructure to improve the lives of all citizens, the South African government continues to facilitate and stimulate economic growth by means of capital development projects across the country.

This has led to the successful establishment of ITA Services Group’s Supply Chain Management division in 2017. The main purpose of the division is to source, procure and manage a variety of products and services to support existing and new clients, across multiple technologies, industries, and sectors.

The Supply Chain Management division focuses on the delivery of quality Bespoke Products, and clients include, amongst others, the Department of Correctional Services, Department of Agriculture, Cape Nature and Provincial Hospitals and clinics.

This service procures industry-specific products with unique specifications, operating requirements, and functions. ITA Services Group provides the necessary expertise and knowledge to source the correct items and to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of their clients.

The ITA Control Centre is capable of servicing multiple tracking companies and actively monitoring alarms and real-time security systems. The Control Centre also manages and reports on a variety of incidents.

Client can also be assisted with dedicated awareness programs, useful training material and focused training sessions.

The Hotline service is available 24/7 and provides employees, customers, suppliers, service providers and other interested parties with channels of communication to disclose fraud, corruption, theft, misconduct or any other unethical behaviour or practices.
